  • Can I change my order?
    We are unable to change an order after it has been placed. If a package is returned due to incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue credit for the net minus the shipping.

  • What is your policy for lost & stolen packages?
    Naturelle31 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping carriers to ensure packages are delivered. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier below.
