COVID-19 STATEMENT

At Naturelle, it is always our goal is to provide outstanding client service and high-quality products. We sincerely appreciate all of the love and support that our wonderful clients have shown over the last three years.

 

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 crisis has presented many challenges that have impacted day to day operations of businesses worldwide. In attempts to sustain our commitment to excellence and ensure the safety of both our team and our clients, the following adjustments have been made.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / RETURNS POLICY UPDATE

 

Until further notice, we will need a 48-hour notice for virtual appointment cancellations and a 72-hour notice for in-person appointment cancellations. These timeframes apply to rescheduling as well. If we receive notice outside of these windows, it will result in a 50% service charge instead of the complete service charge specified in the original policy.

SHIPPING POLICY UPDATE

As previously referenced, the COVID 19 crisis has presented challenges that have impacted every industry, including the shipping industry. As a result, all orders will be shipped through our standard shipping option. Delivery times vary based on location, however, it is our goal to still continue shipping and processing orders within 3-5 business days. We expect that our clients will continue to receive their orders within that timeframe; however, due to the uncertainty of shipping delays, please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order.
