Cancellations / Refunds / Returns Policy

 

1. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

 

2. Completed bookings are non-refundable. Custom bookings are non-refundable. You may cancel a phone or virtual appointment for a full refund up to 24 hours before the set time. Any phone / virtual appointment cancellation made after the 24-hour window will result in a complete service charge. The same applies to rescheduling. You have three calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel bookings for a full refund. This exception only applies to bookings that have been purchased but not initiated.

 

3. Completed packages are non-refundable. Custom packages are non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to make any necessary adjustments to meet your specific needs. You have seven calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel your package for a full refund. This exception only applies to packages that have been purchased but not initiated. We will notify you of your cancellation and refund status once it is received. Once the refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will see a credit post within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. All merchandise is non-refundable.

5. All mail order guides are non-refundable due to reproduction capability.

6. All digital wellness guides are non-refundable due to instant availability.
